I took norlevo emergency pills on friday, 4 hours after unprotected sex. This morning I have noticed that I have started spotting sort of pink blood adn my got abdominal pains(lightly)

The bleeding is due to the withdrawal effect of the emergency contraceptive pill as it contains high dose of progesterone. The abdominal pain also is a hormone effect. This alters the hormone milieu of the body. Thus, the next natural period also may get delayed by a week or two. Please see a specialist for further management if you become overdue by ten days for your next cycle. See that you restrict the use of emergency contraceptives to one or two occasions per year.
