What Causes Abdominal Pain And Breast Tenderness After Taking Postinor2?

Hi! I took postinor 11 days ago and a week later, I started bleeding extremely dark discharge for about 3 days. Now it s gone but im feeling a bit of abdominal pain and cramps as well as breast tenderness. Could this be the effect, ovulation or am i pregnant?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
All your symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance cause by the postinor 2.
It contain high progesterone and cause breakthrough bleeding.
Abdominal pain, cramp and breast tenderness also occur due to side effect of the pill.
Ovulation aggravate the all of your symptoms.
I do not think your symptoms are due to pregnancy.
Take following advises:
Take proper rest
Tablet meftals spas
Gentle breast massage with evening prime rose oil
Avoid stress, maintain proper pelvic hygiene, drink plenty of water, take healthy diet with lots of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, do regular exercise
