What Causes Abdominal Pain And Burning Sensation In Breast?

Hi I have pelvic / abdominal pain which is painful if I stand up straight or lie flat but also painful if I am sitting. Feels like I have a lot of pressure on my tailbone. When the pain started it started gradually with a burning constricting kind of pain right from the breast bone down to the pubic bone, I became very dizzy, short of breath and nauseous until I managed to lie down. My lower stomach feels as if it is swelling up. Could this just be a form of ibs?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the abdomen and pressure on the tailbone can be related to gas and indigestion along with constipation. This can be related to IBS also. Needs proper evaluation for diagnosis.
I hope this information has been helpful for you.
Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal .
