What Causes Abdominal Pain And Chills Followed By Fever?

My mother has this series of symptoms happen every few weeks: a sharp pain in the pit of her stomach area that lasts about a half hour, the pain stops and chills start and last for 2-3 hours, followed by a fever of up to 4 degrees above normal that lasts from 6-24 hours. Her doctors are all unable to figure it out.

Well come to HCM
At the most this could be abdominal infection and this can be ruled out with the helps of blood test and ultrasonography, stool examination, if these turned unremarkable then condition may be functional one, till then following medicine can be tried
1) Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three time in day
