What Causes Abdominal Pain And Constipation?

This isn t a question but lately I ve been having abdominal pain,constipation,a real bad headache,and a bit of nausea 1 doctor said it s too early to comfiest appendicitis cause we suspected it and another doctor said I had gas bubbles but both were before the nausea and the headaches came. As in typing this my stomach is hurting.
