What Causes Abdominal Pain And Cramps Along With Nausea And Chills?

Hi there, I ve been taking Tecta for several weeks for acid reflux symptoms (just the lump in throat, upset stomach, but no heartburn). I ve just recently experienced ulcer pain (diagnosed 20 years ago, but only started having the pain in the last 2 weeks which is why I am able to recognize it). It has been a constant pain in the last 24 hours with nausea, chills, cramps in my lower abdomen. I m wondering is this something that will eventually go away with the help of Tecta, or should I get looked at right away? Kind regards

Hi,
Having constant lower abdominal pain with chills and nausea indicates that there might be having some infection in GI tract.
You might require stool test for ova cyst or bacteria or occult blood
If require ultra sound abdomen for ulcer.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
