What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea While Suffering From Recurrent UTI S?

I have had recurring bladder infections and was prescribed antibiotics each time (3x per year). I now have severe gastric disturbances with cramps. Currently taking probiotics and recently started with pain that does not let me sleep. Recently was prescribed dicyclomine and developed confusion, diarrhea and more gastric disturbances. Can t find a doctor that can treat my condition. What to do?

It is associated with severe urinary tract infection.

Consult a physician and get a urine culture done and start antibiotics accordingly.
