What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?
my granddaughter age 7 is having complaint of abdominal pain when she either active and after she eats ER visit said constipation, give Miralax, we did but even though she now has really loose stools, still c/o pain no fever, n/v, face is pale, circles under eyes, less active, she has ADHD and this is not her, any ideas

Her symptoms seem to be related to gastroenteritis, which is an infection. For this reason, I recommend performing a complete blood count, PCR, and ESR levels for inflammation and a stool analysis. Meanwhile, I recommend stopping Miralax and take plenty of fluids and electrolytes to avoid dehydration.
