What Causes Abdominal Pain And Dizziness While Standing?
Hello,This happens once in awhile. When I stand for a certain amount of time, my stomach starts to hurt and another question this has happened 3/4times since 11years ago. When I stand for too long I feel light headed like I am going to pass out , I take a rest after my rest, I feel pain in my lower abdomen then use the toilet. I don t know if it is because i want to use the toilet that s why I feel lightheaded at first. Any recommendations please?

Based on the history you have shared,you are having postural hypotension that is when you stand you feel dizzy. I would recommend you to get blood tests done that will include blood complete picture, serum electrolytes and your diabetes check that is blood sugar levels.
