General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Admit yourself in the nearest hospital where you need a detailed clinical examination by your doctor and do CBC, Urine RE/ME and ultrasound whole abdomen to pinpoint your diagnosis.

2)Do take treatment as per exact finding only

Take few lifestyle modifications like this after discharge from hospital -

1)Try to avoid strenuous activity.

2)Try to support your abdomen when you cough. Place a pillow over your abdomen and apply pressure before you cough, laugh or move to help reduce pain.

3)Start your day to day activities gradually.

4)Try to sleep when tired. As your body heals, you may find you feel sleepier than usual. Take it easy and rest when you need to.

Hope that helps
