What Causes Abdominal Pain And Headache After Taking An Ipill?

My gf took ipill after 63 hrs of intercourse.we had unprotected sex.I ejaculated inside her. she is experiencing pain in the abdomen and mild headache.Her periods are due on 29th march.will her periods get delayed?If so,then how I will I get to know that she is pregnant.

Understand your concern.

I pill, is a single tablet containing 1.5 mg of synthetic progesterone, Levonorgestrel.

For this emergency contraception to be effective, it is necessary to take one 1.5 mg pill of Levonorgestrel on a single day and within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
If taken within 24 hours – up to 95% effective


Following are the side effects of I pill.
It will remain for for 4-5 days
Nausea or vomiting
Dizziness
Fatigue
Headache
Breast tenderness
Bleeding between periods or heavier menstrual bleeding
Irregular menstruation/Delyed menstruation
Lower abdominal pain or cramps

So I think it is be side effect of pills.
Just take tablet meftal spas 2 times per day.
Drink more water
Take rest
Take healthy diet

Chance of conceive is very less
You can check by Urinary HCG kit /Blood HCG methods if period will be delayed , 10 days after normal period.
