What Causes Abdominal Pain And Headaches?

Moderate abdominal pain for the last five days. Churning in intestinal area but not passing much gas. Symptoms came on sudden Monday (7/24) with severe pain in abdomen, night sweats and chills/rigors with no nausea and slight headache. Night sweats have tapered off as well as headaches and chills for the last few days but abdominal pain continues. Bowel movements have always been one to two just after I wake up, but now have feeling of needing to multiple time a day with little result. Sometime expelling one to two peanut sized stools with milky like haze surrounding them. I still pass in the morning what I ate prior but now multiple pencil thin stools instead of one to two normal stools. Also having fatigue when waking up and loss of energy during the day. I am usually pretty active working hard outside on my acerage, but now feel like I need rest. I also want to add I have been unable to find work for over a year now and sometimes have feelings of depression. I am also a smoker but have never done any drugs or alcohol since my early twenties.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the abdomen pain with headache, feeling of multiple washroom visits indicate possible intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus. Additional effect of sub clinical depression can be strongly evaluated for the chronic head ache as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
