General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Urine temperature will always be body temperature at exit.Feeling of high urine temperature may be interpreted as some "burning" and is always noticed in UTIs.This symptom associated with abdominal pain will suggest you get investigated for UTI.I will suggest you see the Doctor for a urinalysis.Your treatment will depend on test result.I will also advise you take enough water.
Hope this will help
Best regards
