General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Mere abdomen pain and leg cramps are not signs of ectopic or miscarriage. If there is onset of vaginal spotting, severe unbearable pain, hypotension, tachycardia, sudden onset of pallor then might be possible ruptured ectopic or other issues. Till the scan time, relax, drink more liquids to maintain hydration and calm down without panic thoughts.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
