What Causes Abdominal Pain And Pulsating Pain Across The Lower Back?
Ive had severe lower back pain that goes into my inner thighs.this has been going on for six weeks now. I ve been to the ER twice. Now I am having severe pulsating pain across my lower back. I also have abdominal pain. I recently had knee revision surgery.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
We have to rule out possible causes like renal stones.
If symptoms persists better to consult a general surgeon and evaluated.
An ultrasound abdomen is required for further evaluation.
