What Causes Abdominal Pain And Right Sided Body Tenderness?

Hi my 14 yr old had got abdonimal pain in the navel area and also the right hand side she has got rebound tenderness she carnt sleep properly she has been feeling sick since thursday she said the pain is worse wen she walking i took her up to the hospital friday morning the doc said its nt her appendix yet since i have took her up she said the pain has worsened this morning is it her appendix and do i take her bk up today

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of abdominal pain and right sided body tenderness which is most probably due to all of the changes taking place in your body such as electrolyte imbalance. It could be related to medical problem. You should take plenty of fluids and you should eat cold food instead of hot, as it may not smell as strongly , sniffing lemons or ginger can sometimes help an upset stomach. If condition doesn't get better in 2-3 days the consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with antibiotics .
