What Causes Abdominal Pain And Shortness Of Breath Post Tubal Ligation?

I am 36 and I got my tubes tied in November 2015 and now I m experiencing something different... I ve been feeling pain on the top of my Abdomen and the bottom and also been feeling a sharp pain in the middle of my chest with shortness of breath.. I ve also been having a pink discharge since couple of days ago... I ve been also been feel in pain on the side of my breast... and mostly on top on my stomach pain and pressure
