What Causes Abdominal Pain And Tender Breasts After Having Plan B?

Hi I had sex oct 20 and the condom broke we think he pulled out and he didn't cum yet but incase we got plan b. Now November 7 I have abdominal pain when I suck in, my Breast hurt a week ago and I have white discharge. Is this still symptoms of plan b.
