What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Bleeding With Clots After Having HCG Trigger Shot?

I had my normal period 2 weeks ago and a hcg trigger shot on 4/17/2015, and this past Wednesday I started having really bad stabbing pains in my lower abdomen and early this past Thursday morning started bleeding very heavy and today started having some good size clots with the bleeding. Could I be pregnant or could I be having a miscarriage?
