General & Family Physician 's  Response
After you had ipil on 9th you have started menstruation , with effect of ipil your menstrual period has started afew days before expectation. You has pain during menstruation that is dysmenorrhea. The causr of your dysmenorrhea is pid, you have yellowish discharge per vagina. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice cap doxycycline for 14 days, tab metronidazole 400 tab fluconazole weeklyand vaginal tab clindamycin miconazole, and metronidazole to insertef in vagina before going to bed
