What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomiting During Menstruation?

i did a sex with my gf 1 month before now she is not having her period and her stomach is paining and she vomit also....so what can i do sir please give me remedial measures or give me the name of any controceptive pillls to avoid pregnancy plzzz sir as early as possible

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
If you had unprotected intercourse with your partner a month back and if she is complaining of vomiting and pain abdomen with delay in periods, she could be pregnant.
Kindly get her urine tested for pregnancy at the earliest to know about the status.
At this stage if she is pregnant, there is no contraceptive pills to prevent progression of pregnancy. She can only prevent pregnancy by inducing abortion through intake of pills under medical supervision.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the urine pregnancy report for further evaluation and management.
