What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomiting In A Child Along With High Fever?

Hi, My son who is almost seven years old has been experiencing abdominal pain and vomitted four timessince late last nighy and has high fever also. Its only bulgum/mucus that he has thrown, alot, in vomitting and the fever uncreased in early morning. The on call soctor advised maftal for fever and Ondem MD4 for vomitting. Is it safe to give him this medicine and what could be the problem in his case. He did not have anythng from outside yesterday also. Pls advice, Thanks, Vishal.

Do not worry.
It just infection only./gastroentritis
No harm to give above medicine.
Also take
Syrup ibugesic for abdomina pain
syrup amoxiclav syrup for cough
