General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

She may need further imaging and blood tests as well, to determine the cause of the vomiting. Blood tests such as complete blood count, ESR (looks for inflammation), liver and kidney function- can be done.

She may also need to be given medication specifically for pain, her current medications are antibiotics and a medication for vomiting.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James,
