What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomiting With Blurring Vision During A Pregnancy?

I am 20 years old and 36 weeks pregnant. As of late, I have been experiencing abdominal pain. I didn't think anything of it but I have been waking up in the middle of the night and throwing up bile. I can't seem to sleep. I have also been having some pretty severe headaches. At night they seem to become worse and it seems to blur my vision when I'm trying to read or just be on my computer. This is my second pregnancy in the last two years. I have a daughter who will be 18 months on the 21st of april. Are these symptoms something I need to see a doctor right away for?

HI,
I understand your concern.
The abdominal pain in 36th week of pregnancy can be due to digestive problems in pregnancy.. so is the vomiting.. Similarly pregnancy hormones also cause less secretions of lacrimal gland & dryness & blurring of vision is seen in many ladies which gets normal after delivery.
But in your case you have associated headache which concerns me. I would advise you to visit your treating doctor, get your blood pressure checked & follow the advise given.
Thanks.
