What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?
My husband is having stomach/intestinal pain. 2 days ago his stomach was swollen, he had a 102 degree fever. He had aspirin and a full day of bed rest (finally passed gas) and the following day he felt better. (However no stool passing) . Today, he was vomiting & again his stomach is swollen and is running a 103 degree temp. He had an enigma which did work, cold compress & aspirin which is helping w/the fever. His stomach is very tender to the touch. Any suggestions on the next step?

Hi,
Stomach swollen and abdominal pain associated with various infection mainly typhoid, shigellosis etc. So it is better to get checked by a physician along with a complete abdominal diagnosis.
For relief you can take tablet Domperidone and Omeprazole. For relief of stomach swelling take over the counter NSAIDS.
