What Causes Abdominal Pain, Appetite Loss With Sleeping Difficulties?

My daughter has increasing abdominal pain which started over two weeks ago. She has been tested for kidney and urinary infection and the results were negative. Her white blood cell counts are 14K, she is not eating, and has difficulty sleeping because of the pain.
