If you did cross intromission stage of intercourse but no resolution i.e. no ejaculation inside, it doesn't mean the sperms did not enter vagina of your gf. Sperms may, sometimes, come through seminal fluid. Pregnancy test, hormonal changes esp having effect on breasts, nausea etc should also be checked. There is is some kind of unexplained feeling inside women who conceive. So you cannot just guess. If first pregnancy test is negative, consequent second must be got done.
