What Causes Abdominal Pain, Bloating, Nausea, Back Pain, Headache And Weight Gain?

my problems have been occurring for the last 31 years still searching for some help, symptoms are as follows; Essevive swelling of the abdominal area; fatigue after eating, deep abdominal pain that radiates to the back, nausea, burning in the lower esophagus where the upper stomach meets, extreme gas and belching, back pain in the back under right shoulder blade , weight gain , hung over feeling when no alochol involved, pain under right ribs or lower right above pelvic bone, sever headaches

If you were my patient i will first ask to to some test like total blood count, glicemia, BUN test, creatinine,live function tests,proteinemia,abdominal and pelvic ultrasound,Chest X-,pelvic X ray. I will also order to do the thyroid tests to see if you have any thyroid disorder that can explain some odf your actualò symptoms. Last think , I suggest is to consult a local gastroenterologist because some of your symptoms are suggestive of a gastroenterologic problem. These tests will help to reach the right diagnosis.
