What Causes Abdominal Pain Close To The C-section Incision Site?

Hello I ve been experience lower Abdominal pain on and near my c-section incision only when I sneeze hard I ve had four children first birth vaginal second cesarean third and fourth vaginal births. What could be causing this ,and is it something I should get checked?

Yes this needs to be checked since you may have an incisional hernia and it would need to be repaired
