What Causes Abdominal Pain Despite Taking Carmicide In Child?
My son who is 6 years old is complaining about abdominal stomach pain. He is very dull and in active. His urine is normal and no fever. Dr had recommended Carmaside 3ml 3 times a day and befelic satech in case of loose motions.Carmaside doesn t seem to work. Any recommendations?

I would suggest to have his ultrasound abdomen to exclude helminthic infestation.
If you have visited my clinic I would advise Drotaverine and sucrulfate after excluding worm infestation by Ultrasound.
