What Causes Abdominal Pain During Bowel Movements?

I have passed out for a couple of seconds after feeling pain in my stomach. When I wake up I throw up and have a bowel movement and I feel better. This has happened 4 times in the last couple of months. I am a female of 57 years old. I smoke 1/2 pack of cigarettes a day and drink one glass of white wine a night. I weigh 110 pounds and height is 5 4 . The pain in my stomach is so bad that is makes me pass out. Any info would be much appreciated :-)
