What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi I am 6 1/2 months pregnant. I am high risk. I have been put on lovenox shot 40 mg for a precaution for blood clots. I am having severe pain on my right side and abdominal pain as well!! Its constant and excruciating!!! I am very concerned and worried. And bout 2/3 weeks ago a gushed fluid and I have gushed since then bout 3/4 times.... I m not sure what the cause is Dr said its not ambeotic fliud when I went to er 2/3 ago when it first happened... I m very worried and scared. I have a 11 month old son and didn t have these problems with him. Please help me. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, if you have not done the ultrasonography then better to get it done because this is very important to see the fetus normalcy, and this is the only matter of concern, no need to scared, hope this information helps, take care.
