What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

I m 29 weeks pregnant and I m having major abdominal pain and I followed instructions I read online on how to check dialation and if I did it correctly I m at least 2cm dialated plus my baby is really low... should I b worried that I m in labor or go get checked by the hospital

Based on the history you have shared, yes, you need to consult your primary care gynecologist and should undergo per vaginal examination and ultrasound pelvis as it can be labor pains and should be managed accordingly.
