What Causes Abdominal Pain, Fainting Sensation And Lightheadedness?

Wife has severe pain in abdomin --- periods of feeling faint and lightheaded--- can only hold down pretzels and sprite-----but has been to ER 3 times and they did 2 ct scans, X-rays ultrasound and blood work---- ER says everything checks out fine and can find nothing wrong but this is getting steadily worse for 3 weeks
