What Causes Abdominal Pain, Fatigue, Dizziness And Palpitations?

I am 35 years old. At the first of the year I ended up in the hospital. Long story short I was told I have a tumor in my abdomen and endometriosis along with a blockage they cant fined and diabetes. Operating is not an option cause it is too large it will kill me if they try and open me up. My living situation along with financial reasons prevent me from being able to check regularly my diabetes. But my although I seem to not be hurting as much I also am now faced with limitations I never have had and other factors are now starting to become evident. My new symptoms include fatigue constantly, dizziness, i pass out walking, my vision is starting to fail and i have severe panic attacks. last time i checked 2 months ago my sugar level was at 495. Now i am starting to be in frequent pain again in my abdomen my heart races and i struggle to breathe. II also continue to have yeast infections for weeks at a time.
