Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. At the time of the first intercourse or consummation, it is common for some amount of urethritis to occur and this is called the 'Honeymoon Cystitis'. This is usually self-limiting and often not bloody. Since you have blood in urine, you need to see a specialist for a proper clinical evaluation to exclude organic causes. Infection has to be ruled out through urinalysis. You need urinary anti-spasmodic, alkalinizers and perhaps an antibiotic. You do not need emergency contraception during the safe period as ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next period. Hope this helps.
