General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. There is a possibility of either cervical or uterine mass in the patient which needs to be found whether its beingn or malignant. Also there can be chances of some liver damage which might be the cause of hair fall.

A thorough history and detailed investigations including complete blood count, Ultra sound abdomen, CT scan, PAP smear, Transvaginal ultrasound guided biopsy of the mass etc is required.

Kindly discuss in detail with your gynecologist.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
