What Causes Abdominal Pain Inspite Of Taking Tylenol Post Colonoscopy?

Hi , I had colonoscopy 3 days a go, the first 5 hrs were ok, but afterwards the pain started specially on my right side of the stomach, I went to the ER and took Cat Scan X-ray and afrer long 5 hrs of wait, they told meit is gases and stool trapped, They gave me Tylenol and was discharged, But till now the pain did not go away and its swellen around my right side of stomach, and still feel uncomfortable, pls advise what to do?

Your pain could be because of gastritis. I advise you to take antacids along with Tylenol. If you have not passed stools then take dulcolax along with the above drugs.
