Hi,

Noted your history of tubal ligation in 2006, you are 30 years old, want one more child and developed symptoms and signs of pregnancy, wants to know whether this is possible that the tube got re-canulated, want to open the block but financially not allowing:
It is very rare that there is recanulation of the ligated tubes.
Your want of child give symptoms and signs of pregnancy although it is not present and the condition is called Psuedocyasis,
In this condition the female gets all the symptoms and signs of pregnancy.
Surgery can be done to re canalize the Fallopian tubes and you can certainly try this options considering the Psudocyesis.
Also get an opinion of your Gynecologist,.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
