What Causes Abdominal Pain, Low Grade Fever, Frequent Urination And Flank Pain?

Hi I have a low grade fever and a frequent need to urinate. I also have flank pain and pain in my lower stomach. Today is the third day of these symptoms. Do you think I could have a kidney infection? I have not had a recent bladder infection. Thanks
