What Causes Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Weakness?

I have been having problems with my period for about three years and I have bleed for 2 months straight before and it has started again ..it s heavy ,I have abdominal pain and nausea and weakness ..I have a history of ovarian cysts and pelvic inflammatory disease. My doctor put me on birth control and it made things worse..what do I do?

Ovarian cysts cause hormonal imbalance leading to irregular periods, pain, nausea &vomiting.

Birth control pills have hormones that control bizarre hormonal secretion in ovarian cysts & thus control the hormonal imbalance &it's effects &also helps recovery from cysts. But as a side effect few patients may get nausea/vomiting.

Looking at the advantage after taking the full course of OC, this needs to be controlled by giving supplementary medication. to control the nausea part.

Pelvic inflammation may be the cause of your exaggerated pain Inflammations to be investigated & treated along with management t of ovarian cysts.

Please discuss the thing with your treating gynecologist, take help for your specific health problem to be free of the problem.
