What Causes Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Appetite Loss And Fatigue?

I m having upper stomach pain, nausea, lack of appetite, fatigue, sleeping a lot, tenderness to touch in upper stomach all the way down, and weight loss without trying. I m a 68 yr old female. This happened for 5 weeks this summer and returned 3 weeks ago.

You should check your pancreas. You can do an ultrasound or CT scan or MRI. Also check pancreatic enzymes.
