What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Left Side While Suffering From Fever?

I been having pain on the left side, fever since two weeks ago. I been treated with two types of antibiotics for diverticulitis and still I have the pain every time I drink or eat something. Could br something else, I had a colonoscopy four months ago and everything was OK.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
