What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Left Side?

I am a 40 year old female. I am 5 foot 2 inches and weigh 180 pounds. Lately, I am feeling a pain in my left side. It really hurts if I need to make a bile movement but othe times,I feel like something is moving on the inside. What could be causing this pain?

So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in musculoskeletal pain.
1. Avoid movements causing pain.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
4. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drug.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
