Hi doctor Im having left side stomach pain last 3 months, scanning done, scan reports showed colitis in largbowl,o mildly swollen pancreas taking tablets Azee 500 mg night ,ciplox tz twice and sporlac 3 times in a day..last 3 days but pain still not going

colitis is an autoimmune disorder. consult gastroenterologist for endoscopy ad take treatment according to his advise.may be surgery is requered.
