What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Left Side?
I have a so called simple cyst in my pancreas. However I have been seeing more aligns of jaundice, have had pain on my left abdomen front and back for over a year and can only sleep on my left side because of it. I also wake up in night sweats every day/night, depending on how much sleep I get. Should I be concerned?

I think your cyst is increasing his dimensions. He is suppressing the bile bucks and causing pressure on gallbladder which causes pain.
I think the best solution is surgery. Your doctor can use laparoscopic method to remove cyst. Also doing a total blood count and ERS, amylase and lipase is advisable.
