What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Left Side?

I am experiencing abdomen pain on my left side, feels like my middle abdominal muscle or something.. extreme fatigue (slept 8 hours last night and took 2 naps today.) missed my period by a week and a half . nausea that comes and goes. Had a pregnancy test that said positive, however took 7 more after the positive that all said negative.

Hello,

I suggest you do a complete blood count, a beta HCG test to see exactly if you are pregnant or not, an abdominal ultrasonography.

These are to be sure if you are expecting a baby and to see if the implantation is in the correct place.
