i totally understand your concerns about your health.
the following points should be taken into consideration:
1- are you a female? because the etiologies are sometimes different in a female patient and always we have to rule out any ovarian pathology such as a ruptured
cyst, ovarian torsion, ectopic pregnany.
an
ultrasound is used to detect these pathologies.
2- this pain might be due to a
kidney stone, hence first a urine analysis is beneficial to detect red blood cells in urine, an ultrasound of right kidney or even better a
ct scan without contrast can make the diagnosis if that is the reason.
3- muskeloskelet pain is also a possibility, the pain in this case will be only muscular and can be detected on superficial palpation.
overall a treatment with NSAIDs such as profenid is helpful decrease the pain, protects the kidney in case of kidney stone, help the muscles relax , and finally will ease the pain of less serious ovarian pathologies such stable ruptured cyst.
