General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have undergone USG scan and gall bladder and kidney problem has been rule out.
Your pain could be due to musculoskeletal pain/costochondritis, gastritis/GERD.
Take following advises for next 5 days
Tablet DAN-MR
Tablet Pantoparzole on empty stomach
Apply warm pad application
Apply diclofenac gel
If problem persists then undergo urine tests, MRI scan to confirm cause
Avoid stress, drink plenty of water, take proper rest
Hope this may help you
