What Causes Abdominal Pain On The Right Side?

Hi. I am Vikram. I am 39 old. I have issue with urination. I have done ultra sound, x ray pelvis,x ray retrograde and serum creatinine . As per doctor all reports are normal. I have given 5 days medicine. I feel pain right side of stomach. After passing stool. What should I do now ?

It must be gastritis you take omeprazole In bd also with omeprazole take motilum in bd befor meal also take diclofenac sodium
